WinCo Customer Survey is conducted by the company in order to collect feedbacks from its customers. It includes a few questions relating to your shopping experience at a WinCo store, as well as how you think about the products and the service the company provides. It takes you about 5 minutes to finish.

Upon completion of the survey, you will be entered into a sweepstakes for a chance to win $500 gift voucher. You should complete the survey no later than December 13, 2015. You have to be aged 18 or older to be eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.

2. Click on the red button marked "Take Survey Now" to begin the survey.

3. Read the terms and then click in the grey "Next" button to continue.

4. Enter the store number found at the top of your receipt. Click on the "Next" button to continue.

5. Follow the instructions to finish the survey step by step.
