Redeeming your rebates is easy.
On the web
If you request a prepaid debit card, fulfillment will take 4–6 weeks. If you choose to have your rebate converted to FordPass Rewards Points, your Points will appear in your account in a timely manner. Either way, we will email confirmation that your request has been submitted. You can always check the status of your claim on this site at any time.
Through the mail
Mail-in rebate claims take 6–8 weeks to process. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide status updates on mail-in rebate claims.
